I don’t feel they are good quality. Staples showing a lot of places, covers fade very quick so look rubbish next to ones that haven’t faded yet .

I have to write a review for this company as the service has been excellent after trying to order a garden corner sofa since March but delivery was in November thought don't bother then stumbled across Club Rattan and delivery was end of April was a bit dubious to say the least ordered and was expecting a delay after I paid yes there was a week delay only because of the port and not anything to do with the company finally came first week may never opened it due to the terrible rain we had this weekend opened up the corner sofa and parasol and extremely pleased to say the least fantastic quality and now enjoyed some sunny days customer service excellent and Manon kept me informed all the way fantastic company and goods

I don’t usually write reviews but was so impressed with Club Rattan. I ordered a Harmony corner sofa and I love it, really pleased with the quality. The true sign of a good company is how they deal with any issues and as sometimes happens the table base got damaged in transit. Manon handled the issue quickly and was very helpful. I would highly recommend them ????

Hi Bought a harmony set last year, unfortunately there was an iss with one if the cushions. The team went out of there way to sort it out, excellent customer service, great communication and a very happy customer at the end.
Things do sometimes go wrong, it’s how it gets resolved!! Don’t be put off by the exceptional value, would recommend to anyone.

Such great furniture from this company and excellent customer service too! We spent hours looking for rattan furniture that wasn’t extortionately priced and this company were great. Aftercare was exceptional too! Would certainly recommend.

Brilliant corner set with dining table! It’s comfortable and looks great. Half the price of other similar sets, very pleased!

Fantastic service. Ordered the harmony corner dining set on Thursday and it arrived the following Tuesday as stated.The Delivery driver was great, very helpful. The furniture is lovely with really thick comfy cushions. An added bonus it comes assembled with only one arm and the table top to be screwed on. No problems at all, would definitely recommend.

For some reason I had a problem with CC payment. And concerned I may be buying two sets of furniture. Contacted customer services, spoke to a gentleman called Toby. He looked into my query and called me back within 10mins to say all sorted . Brilliant customer service . I am now confident my furniture and its delivery will be just as excellent . Thank you. Brilliant company. Amazing prices, really good quality and exceptional customer service. I ordered the corner sofa and rising table set and it was delivered within 48 hours. Would highly recommend.

After reading how to refresh your internet page at 10am sharp I did just that, three times I pressed the refresh button until the words changed and I was able to purchase the Willow garden furniture.
The furniture turned up two days later in three boxes, at first I thought how can all that furniture fit into just three boxes, but it did and it was in fact very well packaged, nothing was rammed in every item was protected, this is a company with good vision who have looked at how to package the best way possible and it shows.
We emptied out the boxes and assembled all the furniture, it was all very straight forward.
It's always difficult to buy something from the internet that you have not seen up close, but I have to say we are not disappointed but in fact very please. By the way the cushions are very comfortable.

We are so pleased with our Isobelle 4 seater sofa! The quality is outstanding and at such a brilliant price! It was delivered the next working day by a chirpy and friendly delivery man. I think the bad reviews on here are very unfair, yes it’s a bit annoying that the stock is uploaded in small batches, however you have to quick! We will definitely be ordering more in the not too distant future.
